Jared Willmann, President
Co-owner and President of Byron Home, Jared literally grew up in the business. When he was 10, his mother and co-owner, Donna Willmann, founded the company. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Jared worked for two years in the inner city as a high school teacher, where he mastered the art of patience. In 2013 he joined the family business, gaining experience in every aspect, first beginning as a moving assistant, followed by positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Jared has served as Byron Home’s president since 2016.
Donna Willmann, Founder
Donna is co-owner and founder of Byron Home. An industry pioneer, she is a founding member and former board member of NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers). Now mostly retired, Donna lives part-time in Cape May, NJ, and part-time in Salida, CO, volunteering, traveling and spending time with family and friends. But her wisdom, energy and compassion continue to help guide the company forward.
Donna Coonley, Client Relations Coordinator
Donna helps to bring new clients on board and schedule their initial consultation, then continues to be a primary resource for clients, their families and other senior professionals throughout the downsizing and moving process.
Pam Endlein, Client Services Coordinator
Pam conducts Byron Home’s initial in-home consultation. She will provide an overview of our services, answer questions from the clients and their family, take a tour of the home, and provide a ballpark estimate of costs, based on the services required and scope of the job.
Deborah Berman Biddle, Space Planner
Deborah handles the Floor Plan Review process with our clients and their families. Using digital software, she and our Space Planning Team are able to create custom to-scale Floor Plans for our clients that take into account the precise dimensions of their new home and the furniture that they are hoping will fit. This collaborative process incorporates the ideas and suggestions of our clients, their family and Deborah’s own insight and experience.
